At Johnson & Johnson, we don’t want cost to get in the way of treatment you need. We can help you explore options to lower your out-of-pocket cost for DARZALEX® or DARZALEX FASPRO®. No matter what type of insurance you have—or even if you don’t have insurance—we can help explain your medicine insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs and help find programs that may help you pay for DARZALEX® or DARZALEX FASPRO®.

J&J withMe Savings Program
Eligible commercial patients pay as little as $5 per dose for your DARZALEX® or DARZALEX FASPRO® medicine.
Maximum program benefit per calendar year shall apply. Savings may apply to your co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. Offer subject to change or end without notice. Program does not cover the cost to give you your treatment. Participate without sharing your income information. See program requirements.

A Care Navigator can help you…
Care Navigators may be able to help you get connected to transportation assistance through independent organizations in your community. Availability of resources and eligibility are determined by these organizations.
On your first call, we will provide you with an overview of the program and learn more about your specific needs, like cost support. Next, you will get matched with your dedicated Care Navigator, who will assist with support needs along the way.
You can call your DARZALEX withMe dedicated Care Navigator at 833-JNJ-wMe1 (833-565-9631), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET. Your Care Navigator will work with you to schedule regular check-ins, but you can also call them if you have additional needs or as questions come up.
Yes. You will be paired with a dedicated Care Navigator who will check in with you every now and then. They will be the person providing you with educational support and resources throughout your treatment journey during your check-in calls.
Yes. You may opt out of DARZALEX withMe at any time, or simply ask for less frequent communication. If you no longer want to receive communications from us, you may opt out by contacting us at 833-JNJ-wMe1 (833-565-9631).
