How DARZALEX FASPRO® is given
DARZALEX FASPRO® is given in about 3 to 5 minutes as an injection under the skin (subcutaneous) in the stomach area (abdomen)

Over time, people receiving DARZALEX FASPRO® may need treatment less often. Daratumumab is the only anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody that can be tapered down to once-monthly dosing after 25 weeks.
- Does not apply to patients on the DVTd regimen, who receive a fixed number of DARZALEX FASPRO® injections

How DARZALEX® is Given
DARZALEX® is an intravenous (IV) infusion, given through a needle placed in a vein by a healthcare professional. It may be given alone or with other medicines to treat your multiple myeloma.
Average length of infusion

Your healthcare providers will determine your dose of DARZALEX® based on your weight, the time between doses, and which DARZALEX® regimen you are to receive.
If you miss an appointment, be sure to call your doctor as soon as possible to reschedule.
