When you sign up, you can connect with a Care Navigator (an experienced oncology nurse) who is dedicated to you.

They're there to listen and keep you supported along your entire treatment journey. They can help you find cost support, resources, and education regarding DARZALEX^® or DARZALEX FASPRO^® and multiple myeloma.

You'll also receive emails to support you along your DARZALEX^® or DARZALEX FASPRO^® treatment journey.
